Hey everyone, I’m Joseph Matheson, and I’m thrilled to join the Pillar To Post Rising Tide Team as the Business Development Manager and a Home Inspector. I have a passion for this position, and I bring a unique skillset to the table. Not only do I have sales and account management experience, but I also co-owned a restaurant in the Sydney area. That gave me invaluable experience in sales, marketing, and building strong customer relationships. I’m excited to use everything I know to grow the business and expand our reach across Nova Scotia.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my wife Desiree and our four kids. I’m also a soccer coach during the summer and fall seasons! We love living in Cape Breton, and I’m excited to be part of this amazing community.

Hi, my name is Regan Bentley. I am so excited to have joined the Rising Tide Team as both a home inspector and a member of the marketing team.
I come from over 10 years of experience in the customer service and retail industry, where I developed a passion for helping people and creating positive, memorable experiences. My goal in my new role with Pillar to Post is to ensure each client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their home inspection process.
When I am not at work, you can find me with my wonderful husband, Kendall and our sweet one-year-old son, Jett— most likely at the lake or at the racetrack.

Hello! I’m Isaiah Schriver, and I’m thrilled to embark on my new journey as a home inspector with Pillar to Post. With over a decade of experience in the retail and customer service sectors, I bring a strong commitment to client satisfaction to my new role. Additionally, I have spent nearly ten years immersed in the construction industry, working on both residential and commercial projects, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set.
I am fortunate to have the support of my wife, Rebecca, and our daughter, Amaya. They inspire me to strive for growth and success every day, while also reminding me of our responsibilities at home—especially when it comes to feeding our horses and other animals!
Beyond my professional life, I am proud to serve as a volunteer firefighter in the Salt Springs area. Being part of such a vibrant community that looks out for one another is incredibly rewarding. I look forward to contributing my skills and passion to both my work and my community!
